@asrussell96 This is a good video on explaining cat behavior. When I got my cats Fred and Ginger in 2001, I read all the books I could find on cats. Grew up with dogs and needed information on cats! YT wasn’t around then. lol One thing almost all the books said… they are better in pairs. They keep each other company when you’re not home.

i always had 1 cat, then 2019 i had two feral brothers, one passed a year ago, thinking about getting another one but only thing that stops me is i have enough animals and he gets along great with the dogs and vice versa. we shall see i guess lol
