Putting in a new water heater sucks ass fyi. Expensive and time consuming when your house was built in 1901 and nothing was built to code. The rest of the plumbing is another day.

Happy 4th hooligans! My kid has a lemonade stand and wife is selling popcorn and baked good at the town festival. Hope you are all doing well. Been extremely busy.
