There was a gaming convention in I think in Las Vegas or Cali about 16 years ago, people could have there faces scanned to be in the new up and coming open world game, it was mainly framed towards gta5 but it could have been others...

@AstralHammer If i remember right i think she is a model and some kind of sci-fi movie actor. Cant think of the movies but there were a few. Guess some of the devs got a thing for her, my sister was a model and had shots sent out, i swear i saw her walking around in gta5 as a street walking npc! Makes me wonder i guess they have free access to these pics to make a more genuine character model.
