@asrussell96 idk if i ever hit send or what lol, but nope i got in contact with a fellow birdguy and yep its a juvenile winter coat Coopers Hawk! i never seen one befor eever im truly stoked and blessed to have had one literally land a cigg toss away from me lol

its a really hard call! People think its a winter coated juvenille redtail (its not) and then coopers hawk, and then Red shouldered, im like how many fucking similar looking hawks are there here anyways!?! lol i rally do want to know what kind of bird this was, flew right up to me i was only 20 ft away
