I'm in the middle of developing Rank and Badges. Rank is your current status like "Sassy Hooligan". Badges represent what Your tier of Rank and achievements you've accomplished. Its all based on how many Hooligan Chips you have. I've got everything mapped out to 1M H-Chip with the ability to expand if necessary. I just need to put it together. Ill try to have it done by the end of today.
