What if you woke this morning and found out you are terminally ill...?
*Would you be nicer to people?
*Would you spend more time around nicer people?
*Would encourage or discourage strangers?
*Would you try to look more intimidating and hard, with more tough guy tattoos?
*Would you be concerned about how nice your Home, Car or Clothes are?
*Would you try harder to leave a better memory in the minds you leave behind?
NEWS FLASH....
We are all terminal. We will all eventually pass. I’ve personally known people who have died at 2 years old, and 96 years old, and all ages in between, that felt fine the day before their death.
No matter what you have done in your life, things you bought, trips you’ve taken, wonderful experiences that you have had,it will all be forgotten.
But the encouragement you’ve offered, the smile you gave, the door you held open, uplifting words you’ve said to others, will be passed on forever....
It may not make you popular, but that fades too.
Get out and stay out of darkness...
Trying to look tough, be intimidating, or scare others away, is only keeping your JOY away!
