Hooligan of the Week will be announced during the LIVE on Saturdays!! Hooligan of the Week restarts at Sunday and resets at the end of Saturday. The widget shows who the current Hooligan in first right now. But it will be official on Saturday. To become Hooligan of the week you have to engage with the site and earn Hooligan Chips!! You can do this by commenting on posts, playing the Prize Drop Game, and right now you can earn most of them by posting and replying in the Forums. Ill add more ways to earn later today and announce it when I have it finished. I might even build a list so you can see all the ways to earn HChips.
