These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of JeffMAC LIVE, including the website at https://jeffmaclive.com, Community features, Groups, Forums, Loops, messaging features, memberships, games, rewards, Hooligan Chips, Skins, and other services made available through JeffMAC LIVE (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, purchasing or maintaining a membership, accessing member-only areas, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 21 years old to create an account or use JeffMAC LIVE.
By registering, accepting these Terms, or continuing to use the Service, you represent and confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
JeffMAC LIVE may require you to reconfirm your age periodically or when otherwise reasonably necessary.
Providing false age information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Your agreement applies to the specific version of these Terms presented to you at the time you accept them.

When JeffMAC LIVE publishes a new version of these Terms that requires renewed acceptance, you will be required to review and affirmatively accept the new version before continuing to access member-only portions of the Service.
Your acceptance of an earlier version does not constitute acceptance of a later version.
Continued access alone will not be treated as acceptance where JeffMAC LIVE requires affirmative acceptance.
Some areas of JeffMAC LIVE require an account.
You agree to provide information that is accurate and not intentionally misleading and to keep information reasonably current where appropriate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

Notify JeffMAC LIVE if you believe your account has been compromised.
JeffMAC LIVE may provide social and community features including Community posts, comments, reactions, Groups, Forums, Loops, profiles, media uploads, polls, messaging, calling, games, achievements, badges, Skins, and similar functionality.
Participation in these areas is subject to these Terms and any additional Community guidelines or rules displayed within the Service.
You are responsible for what you post, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through your account.
“Your Content” means content that you submit or make available through JeffMAC LIVE, including text, posts, comments, replies, images, GIFs, audio, video, profile information, Forum content, Loops, and other user-generated material.
You retain ownership of Your Content to the extent you otherwise own it.
By submitting Your Content to JeffMAC LIVE, you grant JeffMAC LIVE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, format, transmit, distribute, and otherwise use Your Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, improve, moderate, secure, promote, and make available the Service and its features.

This license does not transfer ownership of Your Content to JeffMAC LIVE.
When you delete content or your account, ordinary public display of that content may cease, subject to reasonable backups, moderation records, legal requirements, content quoted or shared by others, and other circumstances described in these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
You may only submit content that you have the right to submit.
You must not upload or publish material that unlawfully infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
You remain responsible for permissions, licenses, releases, or other rights required for material you upload.
You may not use JeffMAC LIVE to engage in conduct that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful to the Service, or materially interferes with other users.
Prohibited conduct includes unauthorized access, malicious code, account compromise attempts, scraping or harvesting beyond permitted use, spam, manipulation of engagement or rewards, fraudulent referrals, harassment, credible threats, impersonation, evasion of enforcement actions, and attempts to disrupt or overload the Service.
You may not use automated tools to manipulate views, reactions, HChips, rankings, rewards, achievements, game results, referral counts, or similar systems.
JeffMAC LIVE may establish additional content or Community rules and may enforce them as part of these Terms.
JeffMAC LIVE is restricted to users age 21 and older, but that does not mean all content is permitted.
Where JeffMAC LIVE provides sensitive-content, explicit-content, blur, reveal, reporting, or similar controls, you agree to use those controls honestly and appropriately.
JeffMAC LIVE may blur, restrict, remove, reclassify, or otherwise moderate content that is reported, considered sensitive, violates Community rules, or requires review.
The availability of an “Explicit,” “Sensitive,” or similar label does not authorize illegal or otherwise prohibited content.
JeffMAC LIVE may provide reporting, blocking, hiding, moderation, and appeals systems.
Reported content may be temporarily blurred, restricted, or placed under review.
JeffMAC LIVE may remove content, restrict features, issue warnings, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, protect the Service, investigate abuse, or address security or payment issues.
Not every report will result in removal or enforcement.
Where an appeal process is made available, decisions following review may be final unless JeffMAC LIVE chooses to reconsider them.
JeffMAC LIVE may temporarily or indefinitely suspend an account when necessary for moderation, security, abuse prevention, legal reasons, or violations of these Terms.
While suspended, an account may be prevented from:
JeffMAC LIVE may preserve account information and content during suspension so that the account can be restored if appropriate.
Suspension of website access does not necessarily cancel a paid membership or recurring subscription unless the applicable membership or payment provider confirms that billing has been canceled.
Where JeffMAC LIVE provides an administrative option to cancel membership billing as part of a suspension, cancellation must be processed and confirmed through the applicable provider.
JeffMAC LIVE may provide both reversible account deactivation and permanent account deletion.
A permanent deletion request may require additional safeguards, including:
JeffMAC LIVE will not intentionally complete permanent deletion while an active recurring subscription remains unresolved when the deletion process is designed to cancel that subscription.
If cancellation cannot be verified, deletion may be delayed so that your account remains recoverable while the billing issue is resolved.
Certain records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, financial records, legitimate moderation history, legal holds, or other lawful purposes.
Permanent deletion may be irreversible once completed.
Deletion does not guarantee that a previous username will remain reserved. A username or email address may later become available for registration where technically and legally permitted.
JeffMAC LIVE may offer free and paid membership plans.
Paid plans may provide access to additional content, features, areas, or benefits.
If you purchase a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable payment and membership providers to charge the applicable recurring price according to the plan disclosed at checkout until the subscription is canceled.
Your checkout page, membership plan description, billing provider, or account page may provide additional billing details specific to your plan.
You are responsible for reviewing the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation information before completing a purchase.
Cancellation generally stops future renewal charges; it does not necessarily erase the account or immediately remove access already paid for unless otherwise stated.
Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the refund policy presented for the applicable purchase or membership.
JeffMAC LIVE does not store complete payment-card numbers when payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
JeffMAC LIVE may restrict or suspend paid access when a charge fails, is reversed, disputed, refunded, or otherwise cannot be completed.
You remain responsible for legitimate amounts owed for services already provided, subject to applicable law and the terms of the payment provider.
Fraudulent chargebacks or payment abuse may result in account restriction or termination.
JeffMAC LIVE may provide engagement or achievement points known as Hooligan Chips or HChips.
HChips are a closed-loop platform feature intended for entertainment, recognition, achievements, games, Skins, collectibles, unlocks, and other eligible JeffMAC LIVE experiences.
HChips:
JeffMAC LIVE may establish rules governing how HChips are earned, awarded, spent, corrected, reversed, or limited.
Fraud, automation, duplicate exploitation, reward farming, or manipulation may result in HChips being reversed and may result in account enforcement.
JeffMAC LIVE may provide games, challenges, leaderboards, achievements, badges, Skins, and other recognition or customization systems.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these features are for entertainment and community engagement and have no cash value.
JeffMAC LIVE may establish eligibility requirements, anti-cheat rules, participation limits, scoring rules, reward limits, and other conditions.
Attempts to manipulate results, spoof scores, exploit software defects, automate participation, or farm rewards may result in loss of rewards and account enforcement.
Skins, badges, titles, achievements, and similar digital items do not represent property with monetary value.
JeffMAC LIVE may provide or integrate private messaging, voice calling, video calling, group calling, file sharing, reactions, and similar communications features.
Some messaging or calling functionality may be provided through third-party technology integrated into JeffMAC LIVE.
You are responsible for communications you send through those systems.
JeffMAC LIVE does not guarantee that every communication feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, permanently retained, or available on every device or browser.
Blocking, moderation, account suspension, deletion, technical failures, provider changes, or other events may affect communication availability.
Groups and Forums are community spaces and remain subject to these Terms.
Additional rules may apply to individual Groups, categories, Forums, or discussions.
The creator or moderator of a Group or Forum area does not obtain ownership of JeffMAC LIVE or authority to override these Terms.
JeffMAC LIVE may moderate or remove Group or Forum content and may restrict or close areas when necessary.
Loops and other video features may display member-created video content in discovery feeds or other surfaces.
By publishing eligible content to those areas, you authorize JeffMAC LIVE to display and distribute that content within the Service consistent with your selected privacy and visibility settings.
JeffMAC LIVE may use engagement, freshness, relevance, relationships, moderation signals, and other factors to determine discovery and ranking.
No member is guaranteed distribution, ranking, views, recommendations, or audience reach.
Use of JeffMAC LIVE is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms do not replace the Privacy Policy.
Except for Your Content and third-party materials, JeffMAC LIVE and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including software, branding, logos, designs, layouts, graphics, interfaces, and original materials.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose while your access remains authorized.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of JeffMAC LIVE intellectual property to you.
JeffMAC LIVE respects intellectual property rights.

JeffMAC LIVE is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, content, policies, or acts of third-party services.
The presence of an integration does not mean JeffMAC LIVE controls that provider.
Members or JeffMAC LIVE may post links or embedded content from third-party services.
JeffMAC LIVE does not necessarily endorse external content merely because it appears on or is accessible through the Service.
External websites may change, disappear, track users, impose their own terms, or contain content outside JeffMAC LIVE’s control.
JeffMAC LIVE may add, modify, improve, restrict, suspend, discontinue, or replace features.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, security incidents, hosting failures, third-party failures, internet conditions, or other causes.
JeffMAC LIVE does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
JeffMAC LIVE makes no guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, secure, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from defects.
Information provided through JeffMAC LIVE is for general informational or entertainment purposes unless expressly stated otherwise and should not automatically be treated as professional legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Nothing in this section excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JeffMAC LIVE and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
This includes, where permitted by law, loss of data, content, profits, opportunity, reputation, or access.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless JeffMAC LIVE and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:
JeffMAC LIVE may revise these Terms as the Service evolves.
Each published Terms version will have a version number and may have its own effective date.
When JeffMAC LIVE publishes a new Terms version, members who have not accepted that version will be required to review and affirmatively accept it before continuing to access member-only portions of the Service.
Acceptance of an earlier Terms version does not constitute acceptance of a later version.
JeffMAC LIVE may retain an archived copy of every published Terms version and records identifying which version each member accepted, together with the applicable acceptance date and time.
Administrative or formatting edits that do not result in publication of a new Terms version do not by themselves require renewed acceptance.
However, when a change results in a new published Terms version, renewed acceptance is required.
You consent to receive electronic communications related to your account and use of the Service, including account notices, moderation notices, Terms updates, security notices, membership information, and other service communications.
Marketing communications, where used, may be subject to separate preferences and applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
A court or other authorized decision-maker may interpret or modify an unenforceable provision to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted.
Failure by JeffMAC LIVE to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written permission from JeffMAC LIVE.
JeffMAC LIVE may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale, change of control, or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and JeffMAC LIVE regarding your use of the Service.
They supersede earlier Terms concerning the same subject matter as of the effective date of the version you accept.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Michigan and having proper jurisdiction over the dispute.
